COOKIE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES NOTICE

1. SCOPE
This notice explains cookies and similar local-storage technologies used on emlakdiyo.com, the EmlakDiyo web panel, and the mobile app's embedded security verification.

2. BASIC RULE
Technologies strictly necessary to deliver and secure the session you request are used for those purposes. Public-site analytics is optional: Google Tag Manager/Analytics is loaded only after you press “Accept” and is not loaded after rejection. Advertising, targeting, and profiling tags are not used.

3. TECHNOLOGIES WE USE
3.1. Web session — essential, first party
Name/key: sb-…-auth-token (may be split into parts depending on session configuration); emlakdiyo_session in the legacy/fixture mode
Provider: EmlakDiyo's own authentication infrastructure in Türkiye
Purpose: Keep you signed in, refresh access tokens, and authorize requests
Duration: For the configured session; fixture emlakdiyo_session lasts up to 12 hours. It is cleared/invalidated on sign-out.
Legal basis: Contract performance and legitimate interests in security
If blocked: Web-panel sign-in and session refresh do not work.

3.2. Turnstile security verification — essential security, third party
Provider: Cloudflare Turnstile
Purpose: Distinguish automated bot/abuse attempts on sign-in, registration, and password recovery
Data/technology: IP address, browser/device and interaction signals; Cloudflare may use a cookie or similar local storage during verification. Form-field content is not the purpose of this verification.
Duration: Limited to Cloudflare's configuration and the verification session.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests in security. International-transfer conditions are explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice.
If blocked: An action requiring security verification cannot complete.

3.3. Language and interface preferences — first party
Name/key: emlakdiyo-locale (cookie), emlakdiyo-theme (localStorage)
Purpose: Remember the selected language and theme in the same browser
Duration: Language preference up to one year; theme until changed or browser data is cleared
Sharing: Theme remains on the device; language is sent to EmlakDiyo to serve the correct page language.

3.4. Analytics — optional, third party
Provider: Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics
Purpose: Measure public-site visits, page views, and basic interactions to improve the website
Data/technology: Page, referrer, approximate location, device/browser details, analytics identifiers, and Google analytics cookies
Duration: Depends on Google Analytics configuration; some analytics cookies may remain for up to two years.
Legal basis: Explicit consent. It is not loaded before consent.

3.5. Analytics choice record — first-party localStorage
Name/key: emlakdiyo-analytics-consent
Purpose: Remember “Accept” or “Reject” in the same browser
Value: accepted or rejected
Duration: Until you change the choice or clear browser data
Note: Storing a rejection does not start analytics.

4. MOBILE APP
Normal native app screens do not use website cookies. Sessions and preferences are stored in app-specific local storage. The Cloudflare Turnstile WebView opened during sign-in/registration/password actions may use cookies or localStorage for the verification session. Removing the app clears app-specific local data subject to platform behaviour; sign-out ends the EmlakDiyo session and clears user-linked local caches.

5. MANAGING YOUR CHOICE
On the first visit, you can “Accept” or “Reject” analytics. Change the choice at any time through the persistent “Cookie preferences” control. Withdrawal stops future analytics and reloads without the analytics tag; remove earlier cookies through browser settings.

Blocking every cookie can break web-panel sign-in and Turnstile. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent access to the core service.
