Terms of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE
By using the EmlakDiyo mobile app, web panel, or EmlakDiyo Quick Portfolio browser extension (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
EmlakDiyo provides listing management, contact/prospect CRM, appointments and reminders, sale-chain tracking, office/team management, network sharing, field scans, maps, Location Radar, approximate Property Valuation, tasks, and related tools for real-estate professionals. Features may depend on platform, subscription plan, office role, and approval status (e.g. TTBS).

3. ACCOUNT AND AGE
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account; report suspicious use promptly.

4. OFFICE / TEAM USE
- You may join a company via office invite or use solo / office structures.
- Office managers and owners may have additional permissions for team management, settings, and record deletion.
- You must follow office sharing / pool / visibility rules.
- Leaving an office or changing roles may change listing and data visibility under product rules (e.g. pooled listings).

5. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You are responsible for listings, contacts, notes, photos, social posts, and other content you upload. Prohibited:
- Illegal, misleading, or harmful content
- Unlawful processing / sharing of others’ personal data
- Spam, abuse, unauthorized access, reverse engineering
- Infringement of others’ IP or privacy rights

You represent that you own or have rights to your content and grant us a limited license necessary to operate the service.

Before saving a draft created from another listing page through the browser extension, you must check its accuracy and your right to use it. The extension does not grant permission to bypass the source portal's terms or republish third-party content without authorization.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
- Paid plans may be offered via the App Store / Google Play.
- Prices are shown on the store page and may change.
- Payment is charged to your store account when the purchase is confirmed.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal amount may be charged to your store account within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription and auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds / cancellations follow the relevant store’s policies.

7. NOTIFICATIONS
If you allow it, local and/or remote notifications (appointments, follow-ups, invites, etc.) may be sent. You can disable them in device settings.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, brand, design, and software belong to EmlakDiyo. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Your content remains yours, subject to the license above.

9. INTERRUPTIONS AND CHANGES
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party failures. Features may be changed or discontinued.

10. DISCLAIMER
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence remain unaffected.

Location Radar estimates distances to schools, health services, parks, transport, coast, and similar places from available map/data sources. Property Valuation uses submitted property attributes, archive/market data, and statistical methods to produce an approximate range. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not an official appraisal, investment advice, zoning/land-registry/cadastral record, coastline determination, or legal opinion. Verify the property's legal and physical status with competent authorities and qualified professionals.

Map positions, routes, and distances may be approximate. Do not base emergency, parcel/boundary, zoning, transport, or investment decisions solely on an EmlakDiyo output.

Real-estate transactions, listings, prices, taxes, contracts, and legal outcomes remain the user's responsibility. EmlakDiyo is not a broker, lawyer, accountant, appraisal firm, or public authority.

11. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You may delete your account or content (e.g. listings) according to your permissions. Deletion may involve access removal/archive first and permanent purge later. Office-owned records may remain with the authorized office account when an agent deletes a personal account. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. 12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. You may stop using the App at any time.

13. GOVERNING LAW
Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Disputes are subject to competent Turkish courts (mandatory consumer protections reserved).

14. CHANGES
These Terms may be updated. Material changes may be announced. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
